Shipping Policy

We ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery charges
Shipping is free on every order. There are no delivery charges at checkout, whatever you order and wherever in India you are.

Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. You will usually receive your order within 1-6 days of placing it, depending on where you are. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking your order
Once your order leaves us you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and the name of the courier carrying it. You can follow it from there until it reaches you.

One shipment per order
We pack and send every order from a single location, so your order arrives together rather than in parts.

Delays
Occasionally a delivery runs late because of courier disruptions, weather or local restrictions beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than it should, write to us and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will get in touch to arrange redelivery.
